Quick and easy. I like to dip steamed vegies into this.
- 4 1⁄2 tablespoons miso
- 4 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 -3 tablespoon prepared mustard
- Mix all ingredients well, starting with the lesser amount of mustard. Increase the amout of mustard as desired.
- Chill well, serve.
I made this using red miso and stirred it through rice with some edammae before making onigiri. It gave the rice a nice flavour. I intend to make the sauce again using white miso to compare the tastes.
