This was great on a cold morning! I used about 1 tablespoon of fresh mint (I have chocolate mint growing in a pot) and Splenda, and frothed the milk. I recommend fresh mint, as dried mint tends to lose its flavor. I made mine in a French press pot, steeped for 4 minutes. Made for Spring 2008 PAC.

  1. Make a pot of coffee as usual, except in the filter add about a pinch of crushed mint.
  2. Warm 1/2 a cup of milk on the stove or in the microwave till WARM.
  3. Mix 1 cup mint coffee with milk.
  4. Add sugar to taste.
