  1. Roll biscuits into 3 1/2 inch circles; place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; mix well.
  3. Add apples and mix well; spoon rounded tablespoonfuls onto biscuits.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
  5. If desired, sprinkle each pizza with 1 tablespoon cheese.

We all loved these, I used about 2 tsp. of cinnamon but feel I could have used more. I may pull each biscuit apart, keeping it circular, then flattening it out.
