Great way to cook pork chops. We like them with fried potatoes and onions!

Directions

  1. Brown chops.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer slowly til tender at least one hour.
  4. The longer they simmer, the thicker the sauce gets, the better they taste.

Hi Laurie! While these chops were tender and good, I had to doctor up the sauce a bit as it was a smidgen to bland for our tastes. I added some sliced onions, some red pepper flakes and a tiny bit of worcheshire sauce. I served this with onion and garlic mashed potatoes and a salad. A really great recipe but it just needed a little bit of work to suit our taste buds. Thanks!!
