Great way to cook pork chops. We like them with fried potatoes and onions!
- Brown chops.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer slowly til tender at least one hour.
- The longer they simmer, the thicker the sauce gets, the better they taste.
Hi Laurie! While these chops were tender and good, I had to doctor up the sauce a bit as it was a smidgen to bland for our tastes. I added some sliced onions, some red pepper flakes and a tiny bit of worcheshire sauce. I served this with onion and garlic mashed potatoes and a salad. A really great recipe but it just needed a little bit of work to suit our taste buds. Thanks!!
