  • Beat Butter until very soft and shiny.
  • Add sugar; beat for several minutes until light and fluffy and whitish colored.
  • Beat eggs in small bowl; add extracts to the eggs.
  • Add egg mixture to butter mixture and beat unfil fluffly.
  • Alternately add flour and milk; mix until combined.
  • Stir in poppyseeds.
  • Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, or until long toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  • Cool 15 minutes.
