- 1 (15 ounce) can black olives, sliced
- 1 (20 ounce) jar mild yellow pepper rings
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese
- Good Seasons Italian dressing, prepared
- tortilla chips
directions
- Drain the peppers and chop in small pieces. MIx the peppers, green onions, olives and tomatoes. Mis this with approximately 2/3 of the prepared dressing. Grate the cheese block into the mixture and stir to combine. Refrigerate to meld the flavors. Serve with chips.
