- 946.36 ml fresh corn kernels
- 78.78 ml chopped onion
- 29.58 ml butter
- 29.58 ml flour
- 473.18 ml chicken broth
- 473.18 ml milk or 473.18 ml cream
- 236.59 ml grated cheddar cheese
- 113.39 g can green chilies, chopped

Serve with
- tortilla chips
- 118.29 ml bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
directions
- Saute onion and corn in butter until tender. Add flour. Cook and stir one minute. Gradually add broth alternating with milk. Heat and stir until thickened.
- Add cheese and chiles. Do not overheat.
- Garnish with tortilla chips and bacon.
