- 2 cups watermelon, cubes
- 2 cups cantaloupes, cubes
- 2 cups honeydews, cubes
- 3⁄4 cup lime juice
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 cup toasted coconut
directions
- Toss the melon cubes together in a large bowl.
- Mix lime, sugar and honey.
- Pour over melons.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with coconut and serve.
