  1. In a shallow glass dish, mix together yogurt, oregano, lemon juice, pepper and garlic.
  2. Add turkey, turn once to coat and refrigerate at least 8 hours; turning occassionaly during 8 hours.
  3. Do not refrigerate more than 24 hours.
  4. Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  5. Grill turkey 5 inches from medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes, brushing with marinade frequently.
  6. Flip and grill another 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Let turkey stand 8 to 10 minutes before slicing.


Most Helpful

If you use turkey thighs or legs will taste like lamb which is the usual meat for this recipe.
