This is from Whole Foods cookbook. Sounds a little strange, but it is excellent! I usually cut it in half. Serve on a sandwich, lettuce or with crackers.

This made a fine tuna sandwch! I omitted the fresh basil because mine looked a bit soggy (didn't want to ruin a good thing) and used champagne vinegar instead of the lemon juice. Thanks CunninghamAir for posting! Roxygirl
