This is so fantastic!!!! I love all the fresh flavors!!!!!!!! I used the same shrimp that Chef*Lee did and it is really good and already cooked up, you just have to heat them in the microwave. Then, I made a basil mayonnaise instead of pesto because I was lazy and didn't want to get out my food processor. It was great!!! I used arugula in place of spinach and talk about depth of flavor!!! I will definitely make this wrap again!!! Loved it!!!!

These are fabulous!!!!!!!!! I saw this Robin Miller show today and I just had to make these tonight, they looked so good!!! There are so many great flavors going on here!!! I used recipe#63388 (by Kozmic Blues) to whip up a quick, fresh pesto and I used Gorton's New classic grilled shrimp that comes marinated and flame-grilled with herbs and spices. It comes in a bag in the freezer section and I just microwaved a few pieces to put on my wraps!! (Thanks Gorton's for coming out with that because that makes some nice, easy meals when you are wanting to save time!!) I just loved these wraps, I will definitely make these again!!! I'm gonna have another one tomorrow and I can't wait!!!
