- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 1 cup half-and-half cream or 1 cup whole milk
- 3 cups shredded Italian cheese, divided
- 3 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 12 ounces diced ham
- 3 ounces crumbled cooked bacon
directions
- Fill a large bowl with warm, salted water.
- Break fettuccine in half, & put in the bowl; soak for 40-45 minutes.
- Drain bowl, then add 1.5 cups of the shredded Italian cheese & the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour into lightly greased 9 X 13 pan.
- Put into preheated 350 degree oven, uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Top with remaining 1.5 cups of shredded Italian cheese. Cook another 15-20 minutes until bubbly & cheese is melted. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
