Quick and delicious meal made in crock pot.
- 24 frozen meatballs
- 2 (8 ounce) cans beef broth
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 16 ounces frozen peas
- 16 ounces frozen crinkle cut carrots
- Put all into crock pot, stir once and cook on low setting while at work. Great served with bread or rolls.
- We like a lot of peas and carrots, but you can cut the amount down to half, and also cut meatball amount in half.
