Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well except jam.
  2. Lastly, gently stir in the 2c jam.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 9" round cake pans.
  4. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. If desired, serve caramel icing.

Made this yesterday it's gone and I have to make more for hubby today...i substituted frozen blueberries for the jam, it's now my #1 favorite
