Delicious plums over sorbet
- 2 plums, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 1⁄4 cup vodka, chilled
- lemon sorbet
- Mix plums, sugar, lemon and vodka in a bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour to let the juice soak.
- Spoon over the sorbet to serve.
