Marinated Goat Cheese

- 1 (300 g) package goat cheese, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil (or more)
- 1⁄4 cup balsmaic vinegar
- 3⁄4 cup bick's hot pepper rings
- 8 habitant queen olives, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 4 sprigs rosemary
directions
- Place goat cheese rounds on desired serving platter. Make sure the platter has sides to prevent dripping.
- Drizzle oil and vinegar over platter and cheese. Scatter pepper rings and olives over oil mixture. Add garlic slices.
- Place rosemary sprigs on plate.
- Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before sreving.
- TIP: Serve with Pickled Pita Crisps, or thinly sliced baguettes. Use leftovers in a salad, on a pizza or in a sandwich.
- Marinated goat cheese can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
