This is the second of the eight marinades I found in the Dallas Morning News. Again, you can use as many or few chicken breasts as you want and adjust the marinade accordingly as long as you have a fat, an acid, and seasonings according to the type.

  1. Using a zip-top freezer bag add the marinade and the chicken breasts and marinate for 12 to 18 hours, turning occasionally to distribute the marinade.
