A great recipe for those summer barbecues and a nice marinade for London broil. Prep and cook time does not include marinating time. The amount of servings depends on your cut of beef.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons Bourbon
- Mix together and pour over beef.
- Marinate all day in the refrigerator or over night.
- Grill until desired doneness.
This is a very tasty marinade, we loved it and it did a good job tenderizing our beef sirloin tip kababs. Thanks for posting, just the right amount of ginger, soy sauce, garlic and tabasco and a perfect finish the bourbon although I used Canadian Crown Royal, a great touch!
