This recipe comes from my cousin Margo and it is really good. We ususally double the recipe and freeze the rest. We have also made it in the cockpot and let sit for 5 hours.

  1. Blend: Chili's, tomatoes, garlic, onion, 1/2 cup water.
  2. Brown the meat, add mix, then add cloves, cumin, salt and pepper and bell peppers.
  3. Simmer for as long as you would like, can add green onions, fresh tomato chunks on top.

You can tell your cousin Margo that this WAS Marvelous!! We both loved it - I halved the quantities as there was just the twe of us and I have LOTS of tagged recipes to make!! Loved the addition of the bell pepper and also the turkey mince was so lean that the chili was NOT fatty at all! Great flavours and VERY healthy! Thanks! FT:-)
