A delicious sweet savoury sticky dish.

Directions

  1. Brown garlic and pork steaks in a frying pan. Place in a roasting pan. Drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with spices and salt. Add sweet potatoes and drizzle over chilli oil and dipping sauce. Pour wine into the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and bake for two hours in a low oven (170C).
  2. Serve with salad.
