  1. A quick and delicious recipe to keep on-hand for busy weekday nights! We had some smoke-infused maple syrup on hand, so I tried it in this, and it was delicious! A person might be able to accomplish the same flavor by adding a tiny dash of liquid smoke to regular syrup. I broiled 3 filets in the oven (didn't flip) for about 12 minutes, which was plenty. Probably could have even taken them out at 10. Even the toddler gobbled it up, so that makes it a WIN in our house!

  2. OK, I did this just a little bit differently, but the basic recipe ingredients I didn't change. I hate kitchen clean-up, so baked this in the oven. I made sure I didn't spray the foil with cooking spray as I would regularly. I used one large fillet. Baked for about 25 minutes. What a great taste! Because I didn't use cooking spray, the skin stayed on the foil and it was a simple throw away clean-up.
