Its a yogurt based smoothie good for hot summer afternoons or a day on the beach.
- 100 ml cold yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup sweet mango pulp, frozen
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- crushed ice
- Put everything in a mixer and give it a whisk.
- Pour into tall glasses half filled with crushed ice.
- Decorate with a mint leaf each.
- Serve immediately.
