ingredients
- 100 ml skim milk
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 mango, skin off, flesh removed, seed discarded
- 4 ice, blocks
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ground cardamom, a pinch (or more)
directions
- Blitz all ingredients together till smooth.
- Serve in a chilled glass.

Yum! So fresh, flavorful, and refreshing! I made this as part of my kids' lunch today, and they were slurping the dregs before I even had their sandwiches made! I used plain yogurt and skim milk and still the texture was nice and creamy, and one teaspoon of honey was perfect for us. This was the perfect kickoff for our time in India for ZWT 8! Made for the Wild Bunch.

We enjoyed this wonderful mango smoothie for breakfast. I do not eat mangoes very often, but really enjoyed this drink. We added a little more honey than the recipe called for, but that was our preference. Would recommend this drink as a nice breakfast treat or with an Indian meal. Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag, November, 2011.
