Mango and Ham With Balsamic

"I just chopped up a bunch of ham ends and pieces leftover from a big event. Didn't want to just make ham salad and mangos are ripe, so I put them together and then looked around for the pop and it was balsamic. Yum. It can be a salad, side or used on top of a cracker or cucumber slice."

As I am in South Florida, I have many edible fruits and perennial veggies in my yard. So, I like to cook with them.
