A quick and easy curry paste for a great tasting curry. Enough for 1 curry, so its a great idea to double or triple the recipe to have some on hand.
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon green chili, seeded and finely chopped
- Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.
