- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 1⁄4 cups bread flour
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 tablespoons cooked quinoa
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 whole eggs
- 1⁄2 cup water
directions
- Add all ingredients in the order directed by your bread machine manual.
- Process on the bread cycle according to the manual.
