I have used this recipe for years for a quick loose meat Hamburger. My kids love them
- 1 lb lean ground chuck
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 (10 ounce) can chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 8 fresh hamburger buns
- Brown Ground chuck in large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Chopped onion - fry until soft.
- Add chicken stock and Yellow Mustard.
- Simmer until thickened.
