I have used this recipe for years for a quick loose meat Hamburger. My kids love them

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb lean ground chuck
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 (10 ounce) can chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 8 fresh hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Brown Ground chuck in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add Chopped onion - fry until soft.
  3. Add chicken stock and Yellow Mustard.
  4. Simmer until thickened.
