ingredients

• 1 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 pepper, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, mashed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash olive oil
• 1 dash vinegar

directions

1. Mix tomato, pepper, onion, garlic, salt, olive oil and vinegar together.
2. Chill.
