- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 14 ounces pasta, cooked al dente
- 3 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Butter casserole dish.
- Blend first five ingredients together with a whisk until combined.
- Mix cheeses; reserve 2 cups for topping.
- Mix everything, but reserved topping, together. Check for seasoning; add more salt and/or pepper if needed.
- Por into casserole dish. Top with reserved cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
