  1. cook macaroni al dente.
  2. sweat onion.
  3. add onion to heated mixture of cheese and milk.
  4. add flour to thicken.
  5. pour over macaroni.
  6. cook at 375 for 30 minutes.

Retro style recipe but with a different twist....onion ! What I like about this recipe (besides ease of preparation) is a person could use really ANY cheese or a mixture of cheeses.<br/>Get crazy switch up that pasta too. Thanks for posting. I adopted this chef as a preemie in Spring Pac 2013 game.
