Lychee-Tini Lychee Martini

"I recently bought some Paraiso Lychee Liquor and fell in love with it. Soho also make a great lychee liquor."

 

• Ready In: 10mins
• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 3 ounces soho lychee liqueur
• 2 ounces vodka
• 2 ounces cranberry juice
• 1 dash fresh lime juice

directions

1. Add to a shaker and mix with ice.
2. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with a slice of lime or a seeded fresh lychee.

omg this was AMAZING! i have been dying to try lychee liquor in a drink and i found this! this is the first time ive had soho and you've made me a permanent fan! i will always make sure i have lychee liquor in stock! thanks so much for such a wonderful martini! made for recipe swap

I only just by chance found some lychee liqueur the other day so just had to make this. This one is really tasty, I made one for me, which DH tasted and then stole so had to make another, a great combo, thanks for posting. made for ZWT 4.
