"This creamy tropical refresher is a delicious blend of pineapple, mango, and banana."
- 1 large mango, seeded and peeled and chopped
- 1 large banana, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 (8 ounce) cartonpineapple-orange-banana yogurt
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, chilled and undrained
- Line baking sheets with plastic wrap.
- Arrange mango and banana in single layer on baking sheet.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
- In blender, combine yogurt and pineapple chunks; add mango and banana. Cover and blend until smooth.
