  1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar, baking powder and sale then add to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in the vanilla, pecans and graham cracker crumbs. Heavily butter a pie pan and spoon mix into it. Make sure to leave a depression in the middle.
  2. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool then fill with Cool Whip and serve.
