These were great! I would check them at 8 minutes as some ovens run hotter than others. I used Splenda granulated sugar. The batter was a bit too sticky to do the familiar peanut butter cross hatching, but although I didn't do it, I would think if you sprinkled them with sugar that it would be just enough to tame the sticky batter so the pattern could be achieved. I live in the Sacramento Area of California, I grew up though in the small town of Grass Valley. In the foothills. I am happily married to my husband Mike. We are going to be having a baby in mid November. Her name is Audrey Renee, and we could not be more Exstatic!
I am now currently unemployed, but I was working at the animal hospital. I have recently Graduated college with my AS degree in Animal Medicine. I will be taking the state boards ASAP for my RVT (registered Veterinary technician) License and also the Nationals.
I am good with computers, enjoy the outdoors, love spending time with my family, I am especially close to my mom... I am learning about becoming a mom, which is an interesting task alone, and trying to network with other young moms. My husband and I love to travel, even if it is just to the bay for the weekend:D
