I thought it sounded weird but they're actually really good. A little chewy but with sugar free maple syrup it's a high fiber/high protein breakfast.

An amazing bodybuilding breakfast! I substituted ground flax for the wheat germ and the recipe yielded 4 pancakes. Will definitely be making again.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until consistency of pancake batter.
  2. Pour into hot skillet and cook both sides.
  3. Makes about 3 small pancakes.
