  • Mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda together.
  • Mix milk, egg, vanilla, and sugar substitute together.
  • Blend both bowls of ingredients.
  • Add in raisins.
  • Drop batter into rounds on sheet and place in 400 degree oven.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes.

  1. Surprisingly good! It´s a soft and very chewy kind of cookie with an excellent taste! I didn´t miss the fat at all. I give only 4 stars because the recipe doesn´t say what to do with the 5 teaspoons water. Because the batter consistency was wet enough and didn´t need any more liquid, I suppose the water was to soak the raisins (?).
