- 283.49 g package frozen lima beans, thawed
- 283.49 g package frozen cauliflower, thawed
- 283.49 g package frozen peas, thawed
- 283.49 g package frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 226.79 g package frozen whole mushrooms, thawed
- 59.14 ml butter, unsalted
- 118.29 ml all-purpose flour
- 4.92 ml dry mustard
- 473.18 ml skim milk
- 473.18 ml light and fat-free chicken broth
- 29.58 ml prepared horseradish
- 0.61 ml Tabasco sauce
- 473.18 ml breadcrumbs
directions
- Cook vegetables per package directions.
- Drain and place in shallow casserole.
- In saucepan, over low heat, melt butter.
- Add flour and dry mustard.
- Slowly stir in milk and chicken broth.
- Cook, stirring often, until smooth and thickened.
- Stir in horseradish and tabasco.
- Pour evenly over vegetables.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
