- 2 1⁄2 cups Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheese
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 cup skim milk
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Combine biscuit mix, cheese, and poppy seed.
- Add egg and milk.
- Beat for 1 minute.
- Turn into a well greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle with additional poppy seed.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
