I made these last night and while I have gotten so used to healthy food and my husband hasn't, I liked them. Granted they are not at all like a brownie. So don't expect the same thing!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix applesauce and cocoa.
  3. Add splenda and mix well.
  4. Stir in egg whites, vanilla and salt.
  5. Stir in flour.
  6. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
  7. Bake 20 minutes.
