  • Refrigerate to blend flavors. Adjust seasonings.

  1. Very enjoyable salad - I was lucky to find a perfect Jicama - They can sometimes be hard to get. I only made two servings, didn't use any sugar, also I cut the mayo back to 1 tbsp -Just right. Will do again Loved the cinnamon
     
  2. I usually get the crunch into these salads with celery, but the addition of jicama was GREAT, but rather than dicing it I made narrow, short sticks about 1 1/2" long! Also used a rounded 1/2 cup of craisins, 'cause I like 'em ~ All blending together very nicely for a great tasting salad! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Spring's Pick-A-Chef]
