- 118.29 ml butter
- 118.29 ml green onion, sliced into small rounds
- 118.29 ml carrot, diced
- 236.59 ml celery, diced
- 236.59 ml broccoli, diced
- 473.18 ml cauliflower, broken into small pieces
- 473.18 ml cooked turkey, diced
- 1 oat bran
- 4.92 ml salt
- 2.46 ml pepper
- 2.46 ml thyme
- 14.79 ml parsley
- 946.36 ml chicken stock (or turkey)
- 473.18 ml heavy cream
- 236.59 ml cheddar cheese, shredded
- 236.59 ml frozen corn
directions
- Sauté vegetables in a Dutch oven over a medium heat for about 5 minutes or until just softened, then add the turkey.
- Sprinkle oat bran and seasonings over the vegetable/turkey mixture. Blend in stock and cream, stirring until it just reaches the boiling point. Immediately turn the heat down to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the cheese and corn. Cover and cook at least 10 minutes to blend flavors.
