- 453.59 g cream cheese, at room temperature
- 7.08 g package unflavored gelatin (Knox)
- 8 (8 g) packet Splenda sugar substitute
- 236.59 ml boiling water
- 4.92 ml vanilla
directions
- Mix gelatin and Splenda. Add boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
- Beat the cream cheese with the vanilla.
- Slowly add the gelatin until well-mixed.
- Chill until firm.
