- 3 ounces lime gelatin
- 1 lb crushed pineapple, in juices
- 24 ounces cottage cheese
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- Dry mix gelatin with undrained pineapple.
- heat until gelatin is melted, stirring frequently.
- chill until thickened.
- fold in cottage cheese and cool whip.
- refrigerate until firm.
