DIRECTIONS

  • Cut pineapple, mangoes and bananas into 3/4 inch pieces.
  • In salad bowl combine peppers, vinegar and salt.
  • Add cut fruit, mixing well.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Garnish with crisp watercress sprigs.
