Another easy delicious recipe. Never any left over.
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1 large onion
- 1 bunch scallion
- 1 (8 ounce) canchopped mushrooms
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Dice onion and scallions; saute in oil.
- Take an egg and scramble quickly; mix well.
- Add mushrooms (drained)to rice, soy sauce and seasoning.
- Heat thoroughly.
