- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 5 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup carrot, in matchsticks
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 4 ounces whole wheat spaghetti noodles
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
directions
- Grill chicken, slice into pieces. A good marinade for this is 2 parts soy sauce, 1 part lime juice, 2 parts water.
- Cook spaghetti noodles to taste.
- Cook vegetables in oil until tender but still crisp. Add chicken and soy sauce, Cook on medium.

1) learning to make rice like they do in a Chinese restaurant (I don't like rice myself, but my husband adores it)
2) overcoming my aversion to making homemade bread (seems to me there are too many factors in bread-making that could go terribly awry)
