Tangy shrimp


  1. Mix together juice, ginger and garlic, pour over shrimp and marinate for 1/2 hour. Preheat oil in skillet, medium heat. Pour shrimp, with marinade, into pan and sautee for 5-10 minutes, until sauce thickens. Serve as is or over rice.
