These were my favourtie ice blocks in new zealand and now I have the recipe, WOO HOO!!! they are delish and 0g fat, I can indulge, goodie. Are perfect on a hot day to cool you down
- stir icing sugar and lemon juice together in a jug until sugar dissolves.
- stir in sparkling mineral water.
- pour mixture into six 1/4 cup ice-block moulds.
- press lids on firmly.
- freeze 6 hours or overnight.
These ice blocks are very tangy Little Miss (DD) could only eat half but she really enjoy them. Thank you Perfect Pixie
