- 2 1⁄4 cups orzo pasta
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup toasted pine nuts
- chopped parsley
- parmesan cheese
- Cook orzo then combine liquid ingredients with orzo.
- Sprinkle with pine nuts and parsley and cheese.
What a lovely dish. Easy to prepare and very impressive. I didn't have enough lemon juice so I ended up with not quite 1/2 cup but it still turned out great. The combination of ingredients went perfectly with the orzo. This is a great dish to serve to guests. Thanks for sharing, Anme.
Very lemoney. Delicious. The toasted pine nuts were perfect on it. I used the juice of 3-lemons and the zest from one. I will make this often. Fresh basil would be an interesting change. This recipe is easy and different and if you like lemon, this is the pasta recipe to try. Thanks Anme.
